Premiere at Turner Sims, Southampton

On the 29th February I’ll be giving the premiere of three works in a solo piano concert at Turner Sims Southampton. Alex Spyrou’s ‘As Above, So Below’ is a virtuoso piano explosion with live sampling, Ben Mawson’s ‘Memory Games’ dances between acoustic and pre-recorded sounds, and my ‘Little Piece’ is a simple contrast to the rest of the programme, which also includes some Finnissy and Holloway. There will be a post-concert talk by Michael Finnissy, so it’s sure to be a really interesting event.
